Project Logistics

Project Logistics Services

We hold outstanding advantages in the transportation of heavy lift items such as large mechanical equipment, aviation materials, steel, vehicles, chemical products, minerals, and timber. We also possess extensive experience in overseas large-scale project transportation. As the core booking agent for multiple shipping lines, we not only secure complex space and freight rates but also provide 24-hour unloading guidance, loading supervision, and full-process photographic documentation at the port.

Core Capabilities & Service Advantages

Addressing the unique characteristics of engineering projects and out-of-gauge (OOG) equipment, we have built a comprehensive solution covering sea-land multimodal transport:

  • Competitive Special Container Ocean Freight: Providing advantageous ocean freight rates and stable space for special containers like Flat Racks, Platforms, and Open Tops.
  • Breakbulk & Chartering Services: Offering breakbulk vessel chartering services from China to major global ports, meeting the transport needs of bulk commodities (like steel and minerals) and super-large engineering modules.
  • Ro-Ro Vessel Services: Providing professional Roll-on/Roll-off services for large engineering vehicles, trucks, agricultural machinery, and buses to ensure damage-free arrival.
  • Professional Port Ground Services: Our own professional securing team provides on-site cargo lashing, securing, dunnage laying for Flat Racks and Platforms, along with expert unloading supervision at the terminal.
  • Specialized Inland Transport: For over-length, over-width, over-height, and over-weight cargo, we provide inland route surveys and transportation using special trailers such as low-bed trailers and air-ride suspension vehicles.

Industry Pain Points & Our Solutions

The biggest pain points in project logistics are “uncontrollable risks” and “disconnected multi-link coordination.” If a massive piece of equipment is improperly lashed due to a miscalculated center of gravity, or cannot reach the port due to road height/width limits, the losses can be catastrophic.

We assign a dedicated Project Manager (PM) to every engineering project, involved in scheme design from the moment the order is received:

  1. Conducting on-site measurements of cargo dimensions and center of gravity to produce professional 3D loading and lashing scheme diagrams;
  2. Surveying inland transport routes in advance to eliminate obstacles like height/weight limits and bridge load-bearing constraints;
  3. Dispatching senior Port Captains to the terminal for 24-hour supervision of lifting and lashing operations;
  4. Closely coordinating with customs and the terminal to ensure priority inspection and loading for special cargo.
